Faith schools research bank launch event (2021)

Faith schools research bank launch event (2021)

The Faith Schools Research Bank is a major new project hosted by the National Secular Society. It brings together evidence from almost two hundred sources on the impact of faith schools. As well as providing a compelling and comprehensive case against state-funded faith schools, the research bank provides a valuable resource for policymakers, politicians, academics and anyone else interested in the ongoing debate.

Please join us on Thursday 8 April 2021, from 19.00 to 20.30, for a discussion with Steven Kettell, one of the research bank's authors and Alastair Lichten, head of education at the National Secular Society.

Steven Kettell is an associate professor in the Department of Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick. He will discuss some of the key findings, the challenges bringing the research together and implications for policy makers and academics. There will be plenty of time for Q&A.

The event will be held over Zoom. Please click here to join/register.
