One Law for All event a success, but BBC softens us up for sharia

After the angry demonstration last week from the One Law For All campaign, the BBC has responded this week with a disgracefully one-sided promotion of sharia for Britain. It amounts to little more than a propaganda exercise to soften us up for ‘sharia-lite(click on Sharia Law)

Of course, once sharia-lite is established in Britain, it will be gradually followed by sharia heavy. And this is what that looks like:
Saudi Arabia sentences 75 year old woman to 40 lashes for “mingling”
Afghanistan descends into theologial barbarism
Afghan journalist given 20 year prison sentence for ‘blasphemy’

We must not be seduced by the siren voices assuring us that sharia is harmless when it is “only” used to settle domestic disputes. It is not harmless to the women who are treated like second-class citizens, who are unaware of their rights under British law or who are coerced into accepting sharia judgments that severely disadvantage them.

No to sharia!
